This home is quite unique as the crawlspace had a walk-in area along with an old sump that needs sealing. The team did not have difficulty with the installation as the pit was also good as a second extraction point. Everything went well with the requests of the client. 

This was a real estate transaction as the homeowner had already sold the home and finished building her new one. The new owner requested the fact that the home should be coming with a radon mitigation system installed. This is a single point system which will be going in the utility room. This room is by itself and some pit is directly in the corner of the wall that he will be exiting. This will run along the side of the house and only go about halfway up due to the height of the home. Radon level in the home was a 3.8 to 4 and it was looking to do this because they have a newborn on the way and concerned about overall health of him and the family. I did talk to him about a BEZ filter although he told me he needed to do a little bit more research on this. Everything went well!
