Radon Remediation Done in Nevada, Iowa
This home had radon levels of 6.8 and a mostly-finished basement. The client was being proactive and vocal in the event of the house being sold in the future so a radon mitigation is one of his priorities to have done. They already have an ERV/HRV and electronic air filter. The sump pit with interior drain tile on front wall of house. They were a nice couple with two friendly dogs. I guess one will nip at your pants but they kept them leashed most the time I was there! Haha!

The clients needed an additional passive active system, counting this as their 2nd radon mitigation system. They loved their previous one that was installed by us and requested this be installed on the other side of the fence (basement).
Radon Mitigation - Saint Ansgar, IA
Originally anticipated this home as a quick radon project, but discovered two sizable, well-maintained crawl spaces during the walkthrough. Really rare but amazing home! Homeowner was committed to clearing these spaces for better work conditions. The project involves extracting through the sump in the basement, connected to the son's bedroom and a utility room. The route goes from downstairs through the rim joists in the garage and out through the roof. A T connection will link the encapsulation points, ensuring a straightforward installation.
Radon Mitigation - Des Moines, IA
This client was called out during home inspection about needing a radon mitigation system if they were to develop or sell their home. The homeowner was half interested when he called and was eager to check on other options of how he can go about this in a cheaper way. The team offered him a 5% discount to compromise with his needs and he agreed to go ahead and set everything up. He provided all his details to get everything going. There were some issues with the sump pump due to mud, but our lead tech had his arm stretched out through to pull the bobber to start it. Everything worked out in the end. The homeowner did agree it was worth every penny.
