John is a police officer and has two daughters that live in the basement. His wife died of cancer 1.5 years ago and he bought the house this spring. Radon levels of 9 were found and he is very concerned for his family's health. A large cement crawlspace with access from basement under stairs is a good start, it's next to HVAC unit 1. Extraction point here then enter crawlspace, second point in crawlspace and exit home in L portion of crawlspace. We installed muffler and a radon fan housing cover.

The clients were a nice, retired couple. They invested in this ranch house as their retirement home with a fully finished basement near the lake.
